Demand Letter DOFE Pre-Approval
As part of the recruitment process, employers must submit a Demand Letter to the Department of Foreign Employment (DOFE) for pre-approval before hiring foreign workers. This step ensures that the job openings meet regulatory requirements and that the employer has a genuine need for foreign talent. Once the DOFE pre-approves the demand, the employer can proceed with recruiting candidates for the specified positions.

Recruitment, Pre-screening, Shortlisting
Interview Selection from the Employer
After shortlisting candidates, the employer selects individuals for interviews based on their qualifications and suitability for the role. Interviews are conducted to assess the candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. The selection process helps the employer make an informed decision about the most suitable candidate for the position.
Medical Screening / Check-up
Once a candidate is selected, a medical screening or check-up is conducted to ensure they are physically fit for the role and capable of performing required tasks. This includes tests to check for general health, fitness, and any medical conditions that could affect their work performance or safety.
Calling Visa
A Calling Visa is an official visa issued by the employer’s country that allows selected workers to enter and begin employment. Once the recruitment process is completed, and candidates are selected, the employer provides a Calling Visa to facilitate their legal entry. This visa is a crucial step in the deployment process, ensuring workers can travel and start their jobs as per the employment contract.
Visa Stamping
Visa Stamping is the process of officially endorsing the worker’s visa on their passport, allowing them to enter the employer’s country legally. After receiving the visa approval, the passport is submitted to the respective embassy or consulate for stamping. This step confirms the worker’s legal employment status and is mandatory before departure.
Orientation
Orientation is conducted to prepare selected workers before their departure. It includes essential information about the destination country, workplace culture, labor laws, job responsibilities, safety guidelines, and workers' rights. This session ensures that employees are well-informed and can adapt smoothly to their new environment.
Labor Dept. Final Approval is the last step in the recruitment process before deployment. The necessary documents, including the demand letter, employment contract, and medical reports, are submitted to the Department of Labor for verification. Once approved, the final clearance is granted, allowing workers to travel legally for employment.
